missing pieces of evidence needed to make a precise diagnosis and develop a tailored recovery
plan.
Once the full case review is complete, a clear diagnosis is established, along with a detailed
roadmap to address all the underlying factors. This approach is methodical and systematic, with a
step-by-step process that breaks the treatment plan into actionable phases. As progress is made, the
plan is further refined and customized in follow-up appointments to ensure it continues to meet the
patient’s evolving needs.

Step 2: New Patient Application & Discovery Call
My Pure MD takes the role as your partner in achieving your health goals very seriously and therefore wants to ensure this is the best place for you to do that. To get started, we begin with having every new patient do a 15 min. complementary discovery call with Dr. Kirmani. This is to create an initial connection to ensure a good fit and to give you the opportunity to know that My Pure MD is the right place for you.
Step 3: Getting started with one of our Medical Plans
At My Pure MD, we are committed to providing personalized, comprehensive care to help
you achieve optimal health. As a new patient, you will begin your journey with one of our
two structured plans: Functional Essential or Functional Comprehensive.
During your Initial Visit, we will assess your unique health concerns and recommend the
plan best suited to your needs. Our goal is to stabilize your health, establish a strong
foundation, and empower you with the knowledge and tools to manage your well-being
effectively.
