Prescription Refill Policy
To receive prescription refills or renewals, patients must be actively enrolled in one of our Plans or Membership Programs.
Once your Plan or Membership concludes, we will provide a 30-day prescription supply to ensure continuity of care. After this period, a new plan or membership will be required for ongoing prescription support. -
Program Hold Policy
We understand that life circumstances can change, and if you need to place your Plan or Membership on hold, please note that during this time, you will no longer be considered an active patient.
When your program is on hold, any future scheduled appointments will be canceled, and you will not be eligible for prescription refills. Once you decide to resume your program, any remaining appointments will need to be rescheduled, depending on availability. We encourage you to contact us when you're ready to continue, and we will assist you in finding the next available appointment. -
Visit Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can serve all of our patients effectively, we require at least 3 business days' notice (excluding weekends) for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Please note that each appointment is extensive and requires significant planning and time commitment from our team. If you cancel with less than 3 business days' notice, your appointment will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest level of care for all our patients. -
Program Refund & Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Plan or Membership program at any time. However, please note that most medical and administrative expenses are incurred at the beginning of your program. Our team will carefully assess the charges and prorate them against the payments you have made, ensuring a fair refund of the remaining balance.

Lack of Professional & Respectful Behavior
If we determine that continuing our work together is no longer a good fit, we will have an open discussion with you to respectfully conclude the program. Our goal is always to ensure the best possible care and outcomes for our patients.
